HeartBeats Z Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not happy, we offer a full refund on any plan or product purchased directly through HeartBeats Z.

2. Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once 24 hours have passed, purchases are final and not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:

  • Fill the Contact form with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  • Include your full name, order number, and a brief reason for your request.
    We’ll confirm receipt within 1 business day.

4. Processing Refunds
Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days, using your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete.
Please note, depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services or digital products delivered or accessed beyond the 24-hour window.
  • Add-ons or upgrades purchased after the initial transaction.

6. Cancellations vs. Refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing immediately. You’ll still retain access for the remainder of your paid period. Refunds for cancellations are only available if requested within the 24-hour refund window following that billing date.

We may update this policy occasionally to better serve you. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Please review this policy before making future purchases.
